  • "Order": Your purchase request for Goods or Services.

  • "Works": Installation or related services provided by Sensory Guru.
  • "You": The customer placing the order.

2. Placing an Order

You can place an order by:

  • Completing our official order form.
  • Using our online platform.
  • Submitting a written request.
  • Calling us directly (note: certain restrictions apply).

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledgment. Sensory Guru reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified.
  • A deposit of 40% is required for installations, with the balance due upon completion.
  • Payments can be made via BACS or cleared cheque unless you have approved credit terms.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and subject to availability.
  • Risk passes to you upon receipt of the Goods.
  • For international orders, customs duties and additional fees are your responsibility.

5. Returns and Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 14 days for a refund, except for custom or non-returnable items (e.g., bespoke installations, pre-loaded software).
  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused.

6. Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty on most products, excluding damage from improper use or unauthorised modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sensory Guru is not liable for indirect or unforeseen damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our products remain with Sensory Guru or our licensors.

10. Governing Law
